GEMSTONE IV v1.2 PROGRESS
=========================

ITEMS
- Improved the "Truly Cheesy Armour" even further and gave it variable stats
- Adjusted the "Fortune's Favour" runeword; it now adds between +35 to
+55 to Vitality (variable) instead of +50 to Life.
- Adjusted the "Cornholio" runeword and corrected listed stats in the
Readme. IAS, life steal and +minimum damage are now variable. Maximum
IAS is now 10% lower (IAS as listed in the Readme was incorrect).
- Enhanced the "Lucky Bastard" runeword; it now has +3 to all skills and
70% IAS.

- Unique Throwing Potion (not yet working!)

Spleen Rupturer (oil potion)
----------------------------
Adds 75-150 Fire Damage
100% Chance of Open Wounds
30% Chance to Cast Level 6 Meteor on Striking
Replenishes Quantity
(+10-15) to Vitality (varies)

- Possibility: Low-level class-specific sets for each class? EG, set
featuring a Reflex bow, or a Crown shield. One such set (Lien's Tools)
already exists.
- Possibility: low-level Sorceress Orb and Assassin Claw uniques

CUBE RECIPES
- NEW: Upgrade Set items!
- 1 town portal tome + Ral + Amn + basic set weapon -> exceptional
set weapon
- 1 town portal tome + Ral rune + Amn rune + basic set armour ->
exceptional set armour
- 1 town portal tome + Ko rune + Fal rune + exceptional set weapon ->
elite set weapon
- 1 town portal tome + Ko rune + Fal rune + exceptional set armour ->
elite set armour

Sounds great. I've often wished that I could upgrade set items on b.net.
Gemstone is looking more and more attractive. Wink

I see you've improved some runewords. It's not getting so that toons will be
grossly over-powered I hope? I mean, yeah, we want to be able to have some
godly stuff but, from personal experience, I know that I get bored quickly
if the challenge is reduced too much.

I tested it out with some Sigon's pieces. Seems to be working perfectly
so far Smile

These are mostly mid to high-end runewords. Cornholio was actually
adjusted *downwards* a bit, I realised I hadn't taken the rune values
themselves into account so I revised it to be a little less powerful.

"Lucky Bastard" requires a Zod, a Vex, a Jah and an Ohm so I don't think
there'll be too many of those Wink LOL

"Fortune's Favour" uses a Lem, Ist and Lem in 3-socket hats and is a
MF-focused runeword. The vitality is so it doesn't render chars all but
defenceless when wearing one Wink

And the "Truly Cheesy Armour" is the only Gemstone unique with a
predefined level requirement: 99. Wink
