I'm in a phenomenally busy phase, getting a house ready for market so we
can complete a move to the East Coast, but I poke into CoX from time to
time. It's really frustrating... the servers are jammed, I rarely see
Virtue anything but red, but everyone seems to be in the "new" areas I
haven't quite mastered or figured out yet. The regular zones are empty,
regular missions seem to be too kwaint for words... I'm back to the days
when I ran around solo because I didn't have time to hook up with teams.
Are there any halfway houses for old heroes? Any easy way to catch up on
the the new modes, missions, goals etc.?
For that matter, is there still anyone out here in the wastelands?
I hope to have plenty of playing time once the house is actually on the
market, and after the move. Ain't givin' up on Paragon City yet, especially
as I will be living within driving distance...

On Virtue, there seem to be some people in Atlas Park usually. Apart
from the costume contests, it is also a good place to do Hero and
Vigilante tips. These missions usually unfold in the zone where you
investigate them, although some few will send you to another zone.
Atlas park has short travel distances and a number of people, so it is
not uncommon for this use. Talos is also used. The new level 20
Praetorians tend to start their career there, so there are usually
tips missions and radio missions.
Rikti War Zone seems to often have 2 instances on Virtue, so I assume
it is pretty well frequented. I mostly avoid it though.
I don't play 50es at the time, so I don't know, but I assume a lot of
people are doing the new high end content in order to farm incarnate
shards. The arrival of the Incarnate system has made end-game content
more popular. As far as I know, incarnate salvage only drops from
enemies at level 50 and above.

I was in the chateau this week and was surprised how empty it was I'm
not sure folks realize it's still open, I know I didn't, I only knew
because I logged into a toon that logged out there

Ditto, I was surprised by that a few days ago.
So, is everyone over in the new zone or just using the old zones as portals
to the new content? No one's playing any part of the existing game at all?
