Are you aware of what game it is? No, you aren't. |

LOL - I was going to say I thought it was a good deal too.
In my hunt for my Silent Hunter 3 CD (or DVD, I still haven't found it) I
did find the CD I copied Fighting Steel onto, & am having a blast. Graphics
are woeful, but it's still the Best Naval Game Ever (IMHO).

So?

And you explain that WCDB is a fully playable and basically bug free game
whose current version is 1.7... how?
A follow up: so WitP is the beta of the AE? Because, even if on a different
scale, is about this that we are talking about: it is like if Matrix had
offered the upgrate to the AE to the owners of WitP for free. |

You could consider buying "Thunder at Sea", the campaign overlay for FS
developed by NWS
http://forums.navalwarfare.org/forumdisplay.php?f=8 (scroll down)
I have it, and the Med campaign alone is a blast. There is also a demo on
the site, IIRC. |

Which is what Matrix did for registered owners of WWII:RtV, a free
upgrade to WWII:ToW.
I'm happy and even happier that player feedback on the forum has been
incorporated into (free) patches.
It's a good game now - very moddable too. |

I'm similarly stunned. What a very classy move.
I think, though, that I'll probably just buy the new version at the
regular price. Classy players like this deserve to get money, and I'm
*very* excited about this game.

You lost him at the first "W"
As a fellow lover of the shenanigans over at Paradox : did you see the
post commenting on Paradox entering the Zombie genre ? The one which
said (not verbatim) : "hordes of brainless zombies milling around
aimlessly? I'm playing that game already". Can't find it anymore -
either it's buried somewhere in all the posts, or else it got
mysteriously mislaid by some moderator

And which part of the below:
WC:NAW v.1.0 = WCDB 1.7 + *FREE* upgrade
....you fail to grasp? |
