How did I miss that? I'll try again. Do you need to do anything
special to associate sound (or blorb) files with the game?

I don't know if you can associate a blorb with a file from within
Spatterlight; if you can, I can't see how to do it. Is it possible to
blorb the z5 and the sounds into a zblorb?

I have sound in several formats; blorb is just one of them. I also
have the sound files from the Masterpieces CD which are named M8, M11,
M13 and S3-S17. I have sound files I downloaded from the ifarchive
that are named LURKIN03.SND-LURKIN18.SND
I tried Spatterlight just now. I used LH version 221, and renamed it
LURKIN.dat to match the sound files. At the first sound event, I got
this encouraging message:
[Use $SOUND to toggle sound usage on and off.]
However, I heard nothing. I tried using $SOUND to toggle sound off and
then back on again, but still nothing.

I've never used any blorb tools before. What would I need in order to
try that?

Textfyre Launch - Dear IF Ccommunity, Textfyre is launching it's first game, Jack Toresal and The Secret Letter on June 26th, 2009. We have a handful of things to tie up before publishing the final product, but the community has helped in so many ways that we want to..
Anchorhead SE: Dead in the Water? - What's happened to Anchorhead SE? I know that Mike abandoned it "temporarily" (so I understood) to write for Textfyre but now his SE page is gone as well. Anyone know more about this?
"For the first time"; distinguishing success and failure - Section 9.2 of the docs gives this example: After taking the trophy for the first time: award 5 points; say "Well done!" Now, suppose that there's a condition under which we can't take the trophy: The Museum is a room. Some gloves are here ...
