Need help with Arcade game

Hi,

I'm not proficient with computers. So anyone who can shed some light on this problem I'm having will have my assured gratitude.

I just bought an Arcade game called "Space Haste 2" which I downloaded. But when came time to install it, however, my activation code was of no use, except to redownload the installation software again, since, at no time during installation, the first time, was I required to use my activation code to unlock the game in order to use all the options (ex.: 8 circuits instead of just one; 8 cars instead of just 4, etc.).

I e-mailed technical support twice for help, but all I got were 2 e-mails back acknowledging my request for support along with telling me that I would get a reply within 24 hours which, unfortunately, never happened.

Am I simply being the victim of bad customer service or could it be that I got ripped off ?
